REMOVE b. Install screws (2). Tighten.
Torque: 49-66 in-lbs (5.5-7.5 N·m) Chain guard,
Bottom Chain Guard bottom, screws
1. See Figure 3-87. Remove screws (2).
2. Remove bottom chain guard (2).
Top Chain Guard
1. See Figure 3-86 and Figure 3-85. Remove screws (2).
2. Remove top chain guard (1 ).
Sprocket Cover
1. See Figure 3-84. Remove screws (3).
2. Remove sprocket cover (2).
3. Remove inner front chain guard (1).
INSTALL 1. Inner front chain guard
2. Sprocket cover
FASTENER TORQUE VALUE 3. Screw (3)

Sprocket Cover
1. Install sprocket cover.
a. See Figure 3-84. Install a screw (3) through front
hole in sprocket cover (2) and inner front chain guard
(1).
b. Install sprocket cover.
c. Install screws (3). Tighten. 1. Top chain guard
Torque: 62-80 in-lbs (7-9 N·m) Sprocket cover 2. Screw (2)

Top Chain Guard
1. Install top chain guard.
a. See Figure 3-85 and Figure 3-86. Install top chain
guard (1 ).
b. Install screws (2). Tighten.

1. Install bottom chain guard.
