4.13 Camshaft Covers

1.   Remove main fuse. See POWER               DISCONNECT
     (Page 8-4).

REMOVE

1.   See Figure 4-16. Remove screws (4).

2.   Remove camshaft cover (3).

3.   Remove and discard gasket (2).

INSTALL

Cylinder head camshaft cover 63-77 in-lbs 7.1-8.7 N·m                 1.      Cylinder head

                                                                      3.      Cam cover
1.   See Figure 4-16. Clean grove in camshaft cover (3) from          4.      Screw (4)
     all residual oil and debris.

2.   Install new gasket (2) to camshaft cover (3).             COMPLETE

3.   Install camshaft cover (3).                               1.     Install main fuse cover. See POWER DISCONNECT
                                                                      (Page 8-4).
4.   Install screws (4). Tighten.
     Torque: 63-77 in-lbs (7.1-8.7 N·m) Cylinder head
     camshaft cover screws
